Our
experience with computers dates back to 1981. In the past 15 years, we
have worked in both the retail computer industry and in the IT sector.
K-2 Computers was founded because we have a passion for computers.
We want to fill that void where competent
techs, honest advice, quality parts, no nonsense talk, and reasonable
rates can all be found at one shop. Our business model is based on what
we would want and expect if we had to take our computer in for service.
We believe that good customer service,
competency in our field, reasonable labor rates and using the best brand
names in the industry will keep our customers loyal and think of us when
ever they have computer related needs. If a customer ever has a problem with
services we have performed, we want to know so we can make it right.
We would rather fix it at our expense than
have you get it fixed somewhere else.
Our clients include
hospitals, doctors, lawyers, medical records companies, tax
professionals, several out of state based businesses, and many other data sensitive
companies. You can be assured your data
remains safe, secure and confidential.
We aren’t
in the business of making you feel stupid. We don’t
up sell. We don’t repair
computers with parts we wouldn’t
use in our own computers. We will never offer or carry pre-built
computers. Pre-built computers are boxes stuffed with out of date, out
of demand parts that computer shops can’t
sell individually at a profit. We don’t
falsely advertise as employing certified techs, or claim "our techs are
certified" just because one is. We don’t
service or pretend to service out of our field. We don’t
fix game consoles, VCR’s, or
TV’s. We don’t
hook up Audio/Video systems. We don’t
fix leaky sinks, we service computers. That is our passion, that is our
expertise.
